Josh Yen-Ho Chou (he/they)
Academic background/graduation year: UCLA B.S. in Psychobiology, double minors in Disability Studies and Global Health, graduated 2022
Current role and organization: Clinical Psychology PhD student at UMass Boston
Quinn Felisa O’Connor (she/they)
Quinn is a disabled theatrical producer currently based in Los Angeles. At UCLA, she co-founded the Disabled Student Union, and led Act III Theatre Ensemble, along with serving in leadership roles in USAC. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre and a Minor in Disability Studies from UCLA in 2022. In their professional life, Quinn intends to open perspectives surrounding disability in the arts sector and create a more equitable environment for all.
Zhe Zhang
Zhe is a Ph.D. candidate in the Special Education: Deaf and Hard of Hearing program at Teachers College, Columbia University. His research focuses on emotional health, self-advocacy, and cultural influences among special needs populations, with a particular emphasis on children and older adults. As a certified hearing specialist, Zhe has several years of experience supporting Deaf and Hard of Hearing students within the NYC public school system. His research aims to develop effective interventions and support strategies through quantitative analysis and case study approaches. Zhe is passionate about contributing to the field of special education and improving the lives of individuals with special needs, working toward inclusive education and enhanced well-being for diverse populations.
