The 2023 Dancing Disability Lab invites you to join us as we share the discoveries and productive frictions of a week of discussing, moving and dance-making.

This event concludes an experimental, weeklong exploration of performance and choreographic development for dance artists committed to disability justice.

Individually and collectively, the dances we make re-envision inclusive community, challenge ableism and transform ideas about body, personhood and identity. Please join us as we share the fruits of our labor!

Access the campus map.
The main entrance to Kaufman has stair access and ramp access with a lift. The rear north entrance of Kaufman, closest to the Anderson School, has an accessible entrance.

Parking:
Parking is available at Structure 4, the nearest lot to Kaufman. Parking at UCLA requires a valid permit at all times. Visitors pay for parking in the structure’s pay station.  Review the Visitor Parking website for more information.

This event will be ASL translated and wheelchair accessible. Please be aware that this is a fragrance-free event.
