UCLA Tarjan Center Distinguished Lecture Series: Anxiety and Autism Spectrum Disorder

As part of the Distinguished Lecture Series from the UCLA Tarjan Center, Dr. Patricia Renno will deliver a lecture called "Anxiety and Autism Spectrum Disorder." The lecture will occur on Monday, March 9, 2026 from 12-1pm PST on Zoom for free. By the end of this presentation, participants will be able to: 1. Describe the presentation of co-occurring anxiety disorders in autistic individuals.
2. Evaluate the research evidence base for anxiety-focused interventions for autistic individuals.
3. Identify specific modifications to traditional CBT approaches for working with autistic individuals.
